Kemakta has been involved in all key safety assessments performed by the Swedish Nuclear Fuel and Waste Management Company (SKB) for the final repository for spent nuclear fuel, the final repository for short-lived radioactive waste (SFR), and the safety evaluation for a proposed repository for long-lived radioactive waste (SFL).
In the assessment of post-closure safety, tasks include documenting the data basis for safety analyses, analyzing the development of barriers, radionuclide transport, results, and arguments regarding compliance with applicable radiation safety requirements. We offer our clients a broad range of services in safety assessments, providing a comprehensive perspective and expert knowledge.
